About Us
Lian Hua Arts Group is a registered charity that is a national art collective formed by well establish artists across Canada. Founded in 2002 by former Artistic Director Tia Zhang who has taught at the National Ballet School of Toronto Canada & a formerly member of Beijing’s National Ballet of China.
Lianhua Arts Group has become one of the most active and innovative non-profit performing bodies in Toronto and across Ontario. In 2002 Lian Hua Arts Group received “National Outstanding Achievement Award” from the Toronto municipal Government. Committed in celebrating the values of Truth, Compassion and Tolerance through traditional Chinese art.

Ranging from the ages of 5 to 65 years of age, most Lian Hua Arts Group members are Falun Gong practitioners, as well as other members who also have the same dedications to promoting traditional Chinese cultural art forms, even exploring into the western art forms and share diversity, creativity and generating for the future.
